Order Print: Return of the Word of God

As surely as the Son of God appeared 2000 years ago to conquer sin and death, Jesus adamantly spoke of his future return as King of Glory, where He will indeed consummate His Kingdom, placing all earthly kingdoms and enemies under his reign.

This one of a kind painting, “Return of the Word of God”, by artist Michelle Bauman, depicts this triumphal Jesus riding on his white war horse, arraigned with scars and blood-stained wardrobe, in addition to a new crown and sword.

Commissioned by First Christian Church of Princeton Texas, a small 110 year old congregation, this painting is a bold and fresh attempt to grasp the sovereign power and once and for all ultimate justice delivered against evil, by God’s Holy Anointed.
